The blooms of Harvey Koop are almost always a variation of the yellow and red markings similar to what you see here. They say it is possible for an individual plant to be a ‘sport’ and have blooms with all red petals. Having grown Harvey Koop for many years, completely red blooms have rarely occurred but I have not seen a bloom with a predominance of yellow until the this year  —>
